The AMADEUS restaurant, reserved for hotel guests, is led by the expert hands of our Chef and what it expresses is certainly art: its dishes, in which a mixture of styles and tastes between different cultures, wise and calibrated use of spices, give life to an innovative and at the same time traditional cuisine enriched by effective presentations.
It starts with a real parade of appetizers presented on the elegant buffet and then moves on to the first courses, the fragrant second courses based on fish and those based on meat, which are skilfully influenced by the cuisine of the area.
Menus are offered for food intolerances to gluten (celiac disease) and for low-calorie diets for controlled diets.
